Description of the Apart-Hotel
Each apartment comes totally new and fully furnished, air-conditioned, with a full-size kitchen complete with all implements, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a queen-size bed, a 70-channel international cable TV, and in-room safe. Each apartment at Luigi Residence,
Boca Chica, also has a large private terrace. Inside parking is provided to all guests completely free of charge.
Possible accommodations for the family include a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen and dining hall, two bathrooms and a covered terrace apartment. For intimate arrangements there are also studio apartments with queen-size bed, toilet and bath with shower, dining and kitchen area and a covered terrace.
