Description
La Laguna Dudu is a set of natural freshwater pools that are located in Cabrera, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. It is one of the main tourist attractions of Cabrera in addition to the beaches of the province of Maria Trinidad Sanchez, El Diamante beach
is 10 minutes away.
The lagoons are located in the middle of lush vegetation with multiple small caves. La Laguna Dudu is located in private property the entrance is 200 Dominican pesos. There is a zip line about twenty meters long which ends in one of the lagoons (RD$ 25 per descent). On site you will find a restaurant and bar. The place can also be rented for weddings, birthdays and special events.
The submerged caves are regularly explored by professional caving divers. In one of the caves there are pre-Columbian cave paintings made by the Tainos.
It is a great place to spend a day with the family.

Lagnua Dudu is located along the road from Nagua to Cabrera; 16.77 miles from Nagua and about 5 from Cabrera. The property is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Admission is RD $ 200 for adults and RD $ 100 for children aged 5 to 10.
Each use of the zip line costs 25 Dominican pesos.
