San Pedro de Macoris is between Juan Dolio and La Romana in the east of Santo Domingo.
This is not a city open to tourism because San Pedro de Macoris has no beach although the city is at the edge of the Caribbean Sea.
Tourism activity is mainly focused on Juan Dolio with his golf and the beaches of Juan Dolio and Guayacanes.
San Pedro has only a few small hotels, this is not a city that is oriented towards tourism.
