The emotion hotel of Juan Dolio offers a very bad service, at least in my case and that I am a member of the elite club so I pay thousands of dollars to that chain and when I go they take more than 1 hour to give me the room and when I'm in it, a number of things happened that surprised me a lot. The staff that is in the reception gives a terrible service, being that the first impression that one receives when arriving. I am quite disappointed with that hotel. I do not recommend it
