Perla De Sosua is only few minutes walk to a newly formed beach and only 5 minute walk to the main Sosua Bay Beach. This is the last and seventh of 6 other properties located on a private Cul-de-Sac, its like absolute peace in. the city center and ONLY up hill one small city block to ALL OF THE ACTION of Sosua. This along with a pool, community terrace, bar, internet access, maid services, secluded locale, in the center of Sosua, all at a reasonable rate.
Adress : Behind Banco Popular, la propiedad # 7 entrance via the small street next to the bank near the streets of Alejo Martinez and Duarte.
In Sosua, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, you can prtaiquer all sorts of water sports (jet skiing, kayaking, kite surfing ...) but also land-based activities and excursions.
Perla De Sosua includes a number of 1 and 2 person studios without Kitchens and larger 1 to 4 persons apartments with kitchens, plus three bonus units with private terraces.
