My experience was very good, the location of the hotel allows easy access and is an area with a lot of silence. Could improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room in general.

It is not what you see on the outside, inside it's totally a disaster, people do not respect other people with noise at 5 am and no one says anything. Terrible service. Not recommended.

Excellent Hotel. The best in Pedernales.

Our experience was fatal, because this hotel first the electricity is off, there were a lot of mosquitoes, there was no Internet, there were more than 5 people per room, as they were sleeping trouble comfortable they put sun loungers to sleep and the next day they charged 200 pesos each to sleep here (uncomfortable). Disservice. Students of Higuey UASD

This hotel has no customer service, it cancels the booking without prior notice to the customer. Very bad experience with this hotel, they wanted to send it to us in a motel (6 adults and 2 small children).
