A very good experience for a hotel and very friendly service staff.

Receptionists really must speak English and French.

Needs to improve customer service because I went with my boyfriend for the first time, he lowered his car window to ask for the rooms and there was a young man who has come into his head almost in the car for me view. Towels that are provided are of poor quality and are small.

Should improve the towels they offer their customers.

Need better customer service, and also need to have receptionists english speaking and customer service representatives, so you can cater for English speaking guest who stay at the Hotel.
