We did not have 2 separate beds in accordance with our January reservation. immediate reaction a sup bed has been added but with relative comfort. a thousand thanks to franz who took care of us down to the smallest detail to satisfy us. I put 5/5 in appreciation note, the site is fabulous, to review without restraint. well done, well done

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, with smiles and good humor claudio restaurant server. Excellent buffet, varied, it took 6 pounds, quiet beach with some waves, but not too well. It is the best place in the world on the planet. Well done to all the team for Gran Bahia Principe Samana.
