Description of the Apart-Hotel
Casa Pina Bed & Breakfast was earlier known as Hotel Atrium but with a new owner all has been changed into the better.
Casa Pina was completely renovated in spring 2011 with new bathrooms, floors, and new ventilation system. The photos are like it looks! Living at Casa Pina is living with the Dominican people right in their neighbourhood. Here you have small Comedores offering Dominican food and Colmados (family owned grocery store) in every corner.
Casa Pina have the address Calle Pina 113 and this street goes from Park Independencia to the beach walk (Malecón). Here you have 5 min walk to El Conde the most famous street in Santo Domingo and 3 min walk to the Malecón. At the Malecón you find casinos, discotheques, restaurants and bars. Here you also are close to all historical monuments like the cathedral where Christofer Columbus was buried and Casa del Cordón and Alcánzar de Colón where Diego Colón governor of Santo Domingo lived.

I had the pleasure of being the first guest of this hotel, I am an entrepreneur and I travel a lot and I can attest that this place has all the elements that you can wish: location, cleanliness, friendliness, comfort, wi-fi, rest, peace and economics.
