We stayed at this hotel because was near some facilities and it is a quite and safe area. But the quality of servive was pretty bad. The small refrigerator door never closed, the toilet was over overflowing, while I stayed there they came to fix it 4 times. Room walls look dirty like has not been painted in years, the AC run so slow that you can barely feel it.

Just plain beautiful, excellent lobby and gorgeous garden, like in the pictures. We had two children Mattias and Marcus, they staff helped me with my children and the service couldn't be any better...

Note that the hotel has changed management and employees, all with good behavior and very friendly.

ok. I like this place. but I don't like the people that work there.
